Second Random Selection from 2024 H-1B Cap Registrations is Complete

On July 27, 2023, USCIS announced that they would conduct a second round of random selections from previously submitted FY 2024 H-1B registrations.

On July 31, 2023, USCIS announced that this second round of random selections is complete.

Individuals who have been selected in this second round will be able to view this update in their myUSCIS accounts.

Employers will have least 90 days from the date of the selection notification to file their petition for those individuals selected in the second round. The filing period will be stated on each selection notice.
