Update to Change Of Address Filing With USCIS

All noncitizens in the United States are required to update their change of address with USCIS through AR-11 Form within 10 days of the change.

USCIS recently made an official announcement regarding filing of the Change of Address at the AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) Conference held in June 2023. The Agency stated that in the coming month, the online AR-11 Form will go away (paper AR-11 will remain.) Once the change is announced, an individual will then need to have/create a USCIS online account to change their address. Once the new address information is submitted, the address will be changed immediately for all the Receipt Notices mentioned by the noncitizen.
