Yes. The fee for an initial consultation is $575. The client is expected to pay for the initial consultation not later than the end of the business day when the consultation is held. Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted. Clients may use our online portal to make payments via credit card or e-check.

To the extent that the client and attorney expect the attorney-client relationship to continue beyond the initial consultation, the client and attorney would enter into a representation agreement. The amount paid for the initial consultation would be credited toward the legal fees proposed in this agreement.
