USCIS Announces FY 2024 H-1B Cap Registration Period

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that the online registration period for H-1B quota selection for FY2024 will be held from  12pm (noon) Eastern Time  on March 1, 2023 through 12pm (noon) Eastern Time on March 17, 2023.   During this period, employers may submit registrations for candidates and employees they wish to sponsor using the USCIS online H-1B registration system.

Employers who are interested in registering candidates or employees should reach out to Maggio Kattar as soon as possible, and no later than February 28, 2023.
