The Department of Justice Office of Special Counsel for Immigration Related Unfair Employment Practices (“OSC”) has posted a guide for Employers on How to Avoid Immigration-Related Discrimination and Unfair Employment Practices. This is available in English and well as in Spanish.

This is a great resource for all individuals tasked with interviewing, and on boarding employees, as well as those specifically tasked with completing the Form I-9 and/or entering cases into E-Verify.
