Form I-9 Alert: USCIS Instructs Employers to Continue Using Form Expiring 10/31/2022

U.S. Customs and Immigration Services has issued instructions to employers to continue to use the current version of the Form I-9 regardless of the 10/31/2022 expiration date on the face of the form.  The Department of Homeland Security will announce any updates via the Federal Register.
