First-time applicants of TN or L Visas from Canada: Optimized processing now available at 14 points of entry

In response to the high demand for TN and L-1 visas for from Canadians seeking entry into the U.S. under these non-immigrant visa classifications, CBP recently announced that it has designated 14 specific ports of entry that will be capable of providing optimized processing of these visa types for first-time applicants.

While Canadians seeking entry under the TN or L-1 non-immigrant visa type may still enter the U.S. at any port of entry, they are encouraged to go to a designated port capable of providing the more efficient, optimized, process.
