Filing Dates Change Dramatically as Department of State Issues Revised October Visa Bulletin

With just a few days left before the October 1 effective date, the Department of State today issued a revised Visa Bulletin which pushes back the new “Dates for Filing Application” significantly in both family-based and employment based immigrant visa applications for certain nationalities.

The date for filing application for family-based immigrant visa applications for Mexican Nationals in categories F1 and F3 were pushed back to April 1, 1995, and May 1, 1995, respectively.
