Jillie Richards

Jillie Richards is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in business immigration. She provides strategic counsel to domestic and international clients across various industries on employment-based immigration matters. Her practice encompasses securing temporary and permanent visas for key talent. She has routinely advised clients on complex responses to USCIS, appeals, and liaison efforts with other DHS departments and Congressional offices. In addition, Jillie has represented individuals in ICE detention and has advocated for their prompt release.
