USCIS announced that, beginning January 25, 2023,  they will resume bundling the adjudication of Form I-539 and Form I-765 for the spouses and minor children of H-1B and L-1 nonimmigrants along with the underlying Form I-129. It is important to note that adjudication of these forms will only be bundled if the forms are filed concurrently. Bundling will apply to cases filed under both regular and premium processing.
