Cameron Chong discusses EB-1 and EB-2 National Interest Waivers at 41st Annual AILA South Florida Update

Maggio Kattar Immigration Attorney Cameron Chong will be presenting at the AILA South Florida’s Annual Conference.
Cameron will be discussing EB-1 and EB-2 NIW cases, strategies for legal arguments and consultations, and current trends in the practice. Cameron spoke on this same panel last year with Gerard Chapman, the lead counsel on Matter of Dhanasar, which changed the evaluation criteria for National Interest Waiver cases.
