Taylor is an associate attorney at Maggio Kattar specializing in U.S. business immigration matters. His current practice focuses on guiding companies, employees, and families through the complex processes to obtain U.S. permanent residence and citizenship. His clients have included companies ranging in size from large multinational corporations to emerging start-ups, as well as highly accomplished individuals in the arts, sciences, business, research, and education. He specializes in employment-based immigrant visa matters, including PERM Labor Certification, Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, National Interest Waiver, I-140 immigrant petitions, adjustment of status. Although his primary practice area is the immigrant visa, he is also experienced in nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, O-1, L-1A/L-1B).
