Potential changes to work authorization benefits for spouses of H-1B and L-1 visa holders are creating concerns for U.S. employers who must compete for global talent to meet their organizational goals.  Without the ability to obtain work authorization for a spouse through their own immigration status, foreign talent may be more difficult to attract.
